Verification Archive & Records

Prof. Dr. Bilal Semih Bozdemir — verification records

Profile architecture review: 11 August 2026

Verification Archive & Records

A gateway to the verification architecture, preserving the existing Public Verification Archive while adding a clearer navigation layer for records, referenced materials and supporting documentation.

Central Documentary Archive

This page is the central public-safe documentary index. Source originals are not bundled; the published JPEG derivatives are flattened and, where necessary, redacted to remove personal identifiers, private addresses, signatures and inaccessible contact data.

Filters make the archive easier to review by category. The SHA-256 manifest provides a file-integrity reference for the bundled public derivatives, while the explanatory text preserves the institutional and legal limits of each record.

Evidence Methodology

The site uses an evidence hierarchy so that a real document is not accidentally turned into a broader claim. The hierarchy concerns source type and provenance; it is not a ranking of institutions.

Tier A

Government / public-authority records

Government-issued appointments, public registries and other competent-authority records. These are used only for the exact facts stated in them.

Tier B

Institution-issued appointments and authority

University appointment letters, warrants, Board records and letters of authority. These establish the issuing institution’s own appointment or mandate, not governmental recognition.

Tier C

Academic, professional and scholarly records

University academic/results records, professional-society confirmations, continuing-education completion records and ORCID identity. Each is described according to its own legal and academic character, and any ambiguity in an underlying academic record is retained rather than resolved by biography language.

Tier D

Direct institutional transmission provenance

Where an important document was received directly from an institution’s administrative email, that transmission is recorded as provenance. Provenance strengthens chain-of-custody context but does not expand the document’s substantive meaning.

Tier E

Correspondence, proposals and project records

Outbound proposals, enquiries and working correspondence document activity and outreach. They are never presented as partnerships, approvals or appointments unless a separate source establishes that status.

Overview

Projects and archive pages bring together institutional initiatives, public activities, media material, news-style updates, working programs and documentary records. The architecture is deliberately broad: it can hold completed projects, current work, planned initiatives and public-facing materials without presenting them as equivalent forms of evidence.

Each item should be classified by what it actually is: documented appointment, project, proposal, public activity, publication, correspondence, application, historical role or independent initiative. The verification archive acts as the evidence layer, while project and news pages provide context and chronology. This keeps the public profile informative while reducing ambiguity.

Areas in Focus

Public Verification ArchiveDetailed context, supporting material and related records are organized within this section.
Referenced documentationDetailed context, supporting material and related records are organized within this section.
Archive navigationDetailed context, supporting material and related records are organized within this section.
Evidence-based profile claimsDetailed context, supporting material and related records are organized within this section.

Documentation, Context and Status

This website uses a layered approach to public information. Descriptive pages explain the context; source-based archive pages are used for formal appointments, credentials, mandates and other claims that should be verified from documents. Historical roles, current work, proposals, independent projects and formal appointments are kept conceptually separate so that readers can distinguish context from evidence.

Where institutional recognition, accreditation, licensure, governmental authority, degree-awarding status or a regulated professional capacity is relevant, only the competent authority or the underlying source documentation can establish that status. The profile therefore avoids converting participation, study, cooperation or project activity into broader legal or regulatory claims.

Documentary Evidence on This Page

Public documentary copies on this page. The JPEGs below are flattened/redacted derivatives prepared for public display. Private source originals are not bundled in this plugin. Descriptions are intentionally limited to what each source supports.

Full Professor of Psychology — Appointment Record

Institution / source
St. Clements University
Date
20 March 2019
Evidence class
Institution-issued academic or administrative record
Source provenance: Public-safe derivative prepared from the documentary source retained for the profile archive. Source originals are not bundled with the public plugin.

What this record supports

Primary appointment document stating that Dr. Bilal Semih Bozdemir was appointed Full Professor of Psychology.

Document context

This public-safe documentary derivative preserves the appointment wording, the academic field and the date while withholding handwritten signatures. On this website it is used to support the existence and stated scope of the Full Professor of Psychology appointment. It is placed on psychology, academic-leadership, curriculum-vitae and verification pages so the title is shown beside its source rather than repeated as an unsupported promotional claim.

Scope / limits: The document is evidence of the appointment stated by the issuing institution. It is not used here to make a separate claim about governmental accreditation, professional licensure, degree equivalence or regulatory standing beyond what the source itself establishes.

Assistant Professor of Psychology — Appointment Record

Institution / source
St. Clements University
Date
1 December 2012
Evidence class
Institution-issued academic or administrative record
Source provenance: Public-safe derivative prepared from the documentary source retained for the profile archive. Source originals are not bundled with the public plugin.

What this record supports

Primary appointment document recording an Assistant Professor of Psychology appointment and associated academic functions.

Document context

The source records an earlier psychology appointment and describes functions connected with academic programmes, student counselling, review and quality-assurance activity. It is useful in the profile because it establishes chronology: the later Full Professor record is not presented in isolation, but alongside the earlier appointment that preceded it. The public copy has been flattened for publication and omits unnecessary signature material.

Scope / limits: This record is presented only for the appointment and functions stated in the document. It does not by itself establish the regulatory status of any institution or create a professional clinical licence.

St. Clements University

Appointment record
Evidence class
Institution-issued academic or administrative record
Source provenance: Public-safe derivative prepared from the documentary source retained for the profile archive. Source originals are not bundled with the public plugin.

What this record supports

Primary document stating appointment as Dean of St. Clements University Campus–Turkey and administrative responsibility to the University Board.

Document context

This record is used on the academic-administration and curriculum-vitae pages because it speaks directly to an administrative appointment, rather than merely describing participation in an education project. The public archive treatment preserves the operative appointment language while separating the appointment itself from any later correspondence, representation mandates or historical institutional records.

Scope / limits: Any consular certification visible in the historical source is treated as certification of signatures or seals, not as substantive governmental approval of the university appointment. No broader legal status is inferred from it.

Operational Authority Certificate

St. Clements University
Date
Effective 1 September 2025

Institution-issued academic or administrative record
Source provenance: Public-safe derivative prepared from the documentary source retained for the profile archive. Source originals are not bundled with the public plugin.

What this record supports

Bilingual authority certificate recording operational functions in student affairs, administration, payments, institutional representation and official correspondence.

Document context

The document identifies Prof. Dr. Bilal Semih Bozdemir as an authorizing person / dean within the scope stated in the certificate. It is included on institutional-programme, academic-leadership and verification pages because it helps distinguish an operational mandate from a general biographical description. The public-safe derivative removes signatures, contact data and unrelated address or tax information.

Scope / limits: The certificate is not described as a universal exclusivity clause, independent degree-awarding power or unrestricted legal authority. The site follows the limitations and wording of the underlying record.

Representative in Turkey — Certificate of Appointment

Institution / source
St. Clements University
Date
29 May 2026
Evidence class
Institution-issued appointment record
Source provenance: Primary institutional transmission: the Certificate of Appointment was received directly from St Clements University administration at admin@stclements.edu on 29 May 2026.

What this record supports

Certificate stating appointment as St. Clements University Representative in Turkey for the functions described in the source.

Document context

The source refers to work with Turkish education officials on recognition-related matters and coordination with former/current students and institutional contacts on outstanding issues. It is therefore used in the international, academic-administration and cooperation sections as a dated representation record. Presenting the image beside the description allows the reader to see the actual wording rather than relying only on a site summary.

Scope / limits: The record establishes the university-side appointment described in the certificate. It is not represented as an appointment by the Turkish government or as proof of governmental recognition of an institution or qualification.

Expanded Letter of Authority — Page 1

Institution-issued authority record
Source provenance: Primary institutional transmission: this Letter of Authority was received directly from St Clements University administration at admin@stclements.edu. The public derivative is prepared from that directly transmitted source copy.

What this record supports

First page of an expanded authority letter covering institutional representation, applications, clarification requests and verification communications within the stated scope.

Document context

This page is published together with Page 2 because authority documents should be read as a whole. Page 1 describes functions involving institutional representation, applications and submissions, requests for information or clarification, academic/institutional interests, and student or graduate verification communications. It supports the profile’s description of written institutional liaison and formal correspondence work.

Scope / limits: The page is not read separately to enlarge the mandate beyond the complete letter. Any authority remains subject to the scope, conditions and limitations set out by the issuing institution.

Institution-issued authority record
Source provenance: Primary institutional transmission: this is Page 2 of the Letter of Authority received directly from St Clements University administration. The limiting language on this page is preserved because it controls the scope of the mandate.

What this record supports

Second page of the expanded authority letter, including institutional communication functions and express limitations.

Document context

Page 2 is important because it carries the limiting language that prevents the authority letter from being read too broadly. The profile therefore displays both pages and describes them together. The record is relevant to academic administration, international cooperation, programme work and documentary verification because those activities commonly involve formal written submissions and source-based clarification.

Scope / limits: The archive does not use this letter to claim independent power to issue academic awards, a government mandate, or broader legal powers not expressly stated by the issuing institution.

Appointment as Advisor — Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation

Institution / source
Republic of Somaliland — Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation
Date
17 November 2025
Evidence class
Government-issued appointment record
Source provenance: Government-source appointment document retained in the documentary archive. The site uses the title exactly as stated in the ministry letter: Appointment as Advisor.

What this record supports

Primary ministry document addressed to Prof. Dr. Bilal Semih Bozdemir with the subject “Appointment as Advisor.”

Document context

The appointment letter records an advisory role and refers to strategic counsel, partnership-development and diplomatic capacity-building functions. This is the controlling source for how the governmental role is described on the site. Somaliland-related analysis, projects and institutional dialogue may be discussed in broader terms, but the formal title used for this record remains the title stated by the ministry.

Scope / limits: The site does not relabel this document as an ambassadorial appointment, diplomatic rank or any title not stated in the ministry letter. The source is used for the advisory role it expressly records.

Date

Institution-issued representation warrant
Source provenance: Primary institutional transmission: the Warrant of Representation was received directly from St Clements University administration as an attachment on 28 November 2025.

What this record supports

University warrant authorising representation before specified Somaliland bodies and provisional agreements subject to Board ratification.

Document context

This record is displayed on Somaliland and international-institutional pages because it documents a university-side representation mandate directed toward work in Somaliland. The source also contains conditions, including the treatment of provisional agreements and Board ratification. Those conditions are part of the meaning of the record and are not removed from the profile narrative.

Scope / limits: This is an institutional warrant from St. Clements University. It is not a Somaliland governmental appointment, operating licence or accreditation decision.

Board Authority to Negotiate Establishment in Somaliland

St. Clements University Board
Date
21 November 2025
Evidence class
Institutional board record
Source provenance: Primary institutional transmission: the Somaliland Board record was received directly from St Clements University administration as an attachment on 28 November 2025.

What this record supports

Board-level record authorising negotiations with the Government of Somaliland concerning establishment of an online higher-education institution.

Document context

The document is valuable because it distinguishes authority to negotiate from authority to establish, license or accredit. It is used on Somaliland, international programmes and institutional-development pages to show that the negotiation activity had a documented university-side mandate rather than being presented as an informal personal initiative.

Scope / limits: It is not presented as a Somaliland governmental licence, accreditation, completed establishment decision or unilateral degree-awarding authority. The wording remains “authority to negotiate” within the source’s scope.

What this record supports

Formal university presidential letter confirming the Board-authorised negotiation mandate concerning an Online School.

Document context

This record provides a later institutional confirmation of the earlier Board authority. It is placed beside the negotiation record so readers can see the sequence of institutional documents. The profile uses it as evidence of university-side confirmation and formal correspondence with a Somaliland ministry.

Scope / limits: It is not a ministry-issued licence, accreditation or final establishment approval. It confirms the university’s internal authorisation described in the letter.

Historical institutional record
Source provenance: Public-safe derivative prepared from the documentary source retained for the profile archive. Source originals are not bundled with the public plugin.

What this record supports

Historical government record stating Cabinet approval of a request concerning a higher-education school licence, subject to the conditions and procedures in the document.

Document context

This historical record belongs to the institutional-history layer of the website rather than the personal-credential layer. It is displayed where the site discusses international institutional development and the documentary history of St. Clements University. Keeping it in a separate category avoids presenting an old institutional document as if it were a current personal qualification.

Scope / limits: The document is historical and institution-specific. It should not be read as a present-day statement of accreditation, personal licensure or current regulatory status in another jurisdiction.

What this record supports

Historical government confirmation referring to the St. Clements University Campus Centre and the licence date of 31 March 2005.

Document context

This record is paired with the 2005 Cabinet material as part of a documentary chronology. It is useful for historical institutional context and for readers who want to understand why certain older university records appear in the profile’s background material. The website does not use the document to shortcut current regulatory questions.

Scope / limits: Historical confirmation is not treated as a substitute for present-day accreditation or recognition inquiries by competent authorities.

What this record supports

Historical record concerning St. Clements University–Somalia that expressly uses “provisional basis” language.

Document context

The phrase “provisional basis” is central to a responsible reading of this source and is intentionally preserved. The record is displayed in the historical institutional section because it provides context on past international activity while illustrating why status language must be quoted carefully rather than simplified into a broader claim.

Scope / limits: The provisional wording is not omitted or upgraded. The record is not presented as evidence of a permanent current licence, current accreditation or a personal professional credential.

What this record supports

Historical commercial-register extract concerning the Lausanne branch and the foreign enterprise record identified in the extract.

Document context

The document is a commercial-register record, and that distinction matters. It can support the historical existence of a registered branch and associated corporate information, but commercial registration and academic accreditation are different legal categories. The site includes the image precisely to make that distinction transparent.

Scope / limits: No academic accreditation, degree recognition or professional licence is inferred merely from a commercial-register entry.

Document context

This image is used in the Publications and Editorial Archive sections as bibliographic evidence rather than as a decorative book cover. It helps connect the personal profile with an identifiable published work and gives readers a documentary reference point for authorship and title information.

What this record supports

Public-registry evidence concerning the Georgian Psychologists Federation and governance information associated with Prof. Dr. Bilal Semih Bozdemir.

Document context

This derivative is included on psychology, biography, curriculum-vitae and verification pages because it provides a Georgian public-record layer alongside academic appointment documents. The new copy used in this plugin applies additional masking to personal identifiers, address/contact data and unrelated third-party details while preserving the institutional nature of the extract.

What this record supports

Public registry extract concerning the museum-named Georgian legal entity, including its registration identity and governance/ownership fields.

Document context

This is a newly prepared public-safe derivative from the private source archive. It is used on the Museum, Biography and Verification pages to document the legal-entity record connected with the Dr. Bilal Semih Bozdemir Minerals and Precious Stones Museum. The entity identification number and registration date remain visible because they are public registry facts; residential/address data, passport/personal identifiers and other unnecessary personal information are masked.

Scope / limits: A public-registry extract documents corporate/legal registration. It is not described here as a museum licence, Ministry of Culture accreditation or professional certification. Any separate cultural-ministry document requires its own precise legal reading.

What this record supports

Founding-period public registry extract for the museum-named Georgian legal entity, reflecting the 15 May 2017 registration date.

Document context

The 2017 extract provides historical continuity for the museum project by showing the legal-entity record near its founding period. It is displayed together with the later 2025 extract so the museum page contains both a historical and a more recent public registry reference. The public derivative masks the legal address, private contact information and personal identifiers while preserving the entity-level information needed for context.

Scope / limits: This record concerns legal registration of an entity. It is not presented as a governmental museum licence, cultural accreditation or certification of the collection itself.

Document context

This public-safe derivative is used in the Biography, CV and Dermatology-related sections to document that medical-study activity existed at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. The document reference barcode, personal identification number and handwritten signature have been masked. The site describes this as an academic/student-status record rather than converting it into a graduation claim.

Scope / limits: This letter is not evidence of an MD graduation, a medical licence or current authority to practise medicine. The profile expressly keeps medical studies, academic coursework and regulated professional licensure as separate concepts.

What this record supports

Certificate stating a “Master’s Degree in Clinical Dermatology” and expressly describing it as a private qualification of 1800 hours equivalent to 60 ECTS.

Document context

The most important feature of this source is its own wording. The certificate calls the award a private qualification, gives its duration and ECTS equivalence, and includes a statement that the qualification must be accompanied by the university degree issued by the competent authority to practise professionally in each country. The site preserves that distinction rather than presenting the certificate as a state medical licence. Personal identification, signature and verification-code fields are masked in the public derivative.

Scope / limits: This is presented as the private educational qualification described by the document. It is not presented as a medical licence, specialist-board certification or independent authorization to practise in a regulated jurisdiction.

Document context

This employer-issued record is included as evidence of how the medical center described the role and duties in its own certificate. The public derivative removes the center’s contact details, the personal identification number and handwritten signature material. On the site it is shown alongside education and research documents so readers can distinguish employment evidence from university records and from regulatory licensure.

Scope / limits: The record supports the university appointment described in the letter. It does not by itself establish governmental accreditation, public-office status or jurisdiction-specific regulatory recognition of the university or its programmes.

Provost (International Academic Affairs) — Responsibilities, Page 2

Institution / source
University of NorthWest
Date
Appointment responsibilities
Evidence class
Institution-issued academic leadership appointment
Source provenance: Public-safe derivative prepared from the documentary source retained for the profile archive. Source originals are not bundled with the public plugin.

What this record supports

Second page of the appointment letter listing responsibilities in strategic academic oversight, international partnerships, mobility programmes and quality assurance.

Document context

The second public-safe page is shown beside the appointment page because role titles are best read together with the responsibilities assigned by the institution. Notary/contact and handwritten signature areas have been masked where they are unnecessary for public interpretation.

Scope / limits: The responsibilities are presented as the university’s description of the role. They do not create authority outside the issuing institution or replace programme-specific legal and regulatory requirements.

Turkish Society of Dermatology — Revised Specialist / Membership Confirmation
PUBLIC-SAFE DOCUMENTARY DERIVATIVE
Dermatology professional record

Turkish Society of Dermatology — Revised Specialist / Membership Confirmation

Institution / source
Turkish Society of Dermatology (Türk Dermatoloji Derneği)
Date
15 December 2025 — revised controlling copy
Evidence class
Professional-society confirmation — revised issuer copy
Source provenance: Direct issuer transmission: TDD Secretariat (sekreterya@turkdermatoloji.org.tr) emailed the revised letter on 15 December 2025 and explicitly described the attachment as the revised letter. The earlier 17 October 2025 copy contained a pronoun error and is classified as superseded.

What this record supports

The revised society letter states that Bilal Semih Bozdemir is a dermatology specialist and that he has been a member of the Turkish Society of Dermatology since 2025.

Document context

The 15 December 2025 letter is the corrected version supplied by the Society after a request to fix the pronoun in an earlier 17 October 2025 copy. The public archive therefore uses the revised letter as the controlling public source. The earlier copy is retained only as a superseded historical record and is not used to quote the professional confirmation.

Scope / limits: The document supports what the Turkish Society of Dermatology states in its letter. It is an issuing-professional-society confirmation and is not, by itself, presented as a government medical licence, statutory specialist registration, board certification or authorization to practise in every jurisdiction.

Continuing professional education completion record
Source provenance: Public-safe derivative prepared from the documentary source retained for the profile archive. Source originals are not bundled with the public plugin.

What this record supports

Course-completion record for e-Derm 18 — Photodermatology.

Document context

The value of this record is partly in its limiting language: it records completion of e-learning material and, where applicable, associated assessment, and explicitly states that it does not constitute certification or a formal qualification. The website preserves that wording and classifies the record as continuing professional education.

Scope / limits: Course completion only. The document itself states that it is not certification or a formal qualification, and the site does not present it as specialist licensure or a university award.

International European University — Transcript Portfolio Summary

Institution / source
International European University / European School of Medicine — Kyiv
Date
Transcript No. 95 referenced in portfolio materials
Evidence class
Institution-issued academic or administrative record
Source provenance: Public-safe derivative prepared from the documentary source retained for the profile archive. Source originals are not bundled with the public plugin.

What this record supports

Public portfolio summary recording Transcript No. 95 and describing a full-time six-year Medicine programme, Field 222 — Medicine, taught in English.

Document context

The source available in the working archive is a portfolio presentation of the transcript record rather than the raw transcript scan. For that reason this page is explicitly labelled a portfolio summary. It is used to document the medical-study history without converting the record into a claim of medical licensure or ignoring any separate graduation-formalization questions recorded elsewhere in the file set.

Scope / limits: This derivative is a portfolio summary of an underlying transcript record, not the raw university transcript itself. It is not presented as a medical licence or a substitute for any competent-authority verification of graduation or professional registration.

Scholarly identity registry
Source provenance: Public-safe derivative prepared from the documentary source retained for the profile archive. Source originals are not bundled with the public plugin.

What this record supports

ORCID record showing the persistent identifier 0000-0002-2136-5653 associated with Bilal Semih Bozdemir.

Document context

The ORCID record gives the profile a persistent scholarly identifier independent of any single university or publication platform. The inaccessible email address visible in the source interface has been removed from the public derivative; the ORCID identifier and name remain visible.

Scope / limits: ORCID is an identity and research-record infrastructure. The identifier supports scholarly identity and record linking; it does not itself validate every biographical statement, appointment or publication associated with a profile.

University of South Wales — Academic Registry / Transcript of Performance Record

Institution / source
University of South Wales — Academic Registry
Date
Registry letter dated 8 April 2026; the letter contains a “Date of Conferment: 2 April 2026” field
Evidence class
University Academic Registry / Transcript of Performance record
Source provenance: Source-controlled academic record: the 8 April 2026 Academic Registry letter is preserved together with its attached Transcript of Performance. Public wording is intentionally based on both pages rather than selectively quoting the conferment-date field.

What this record supports

The Academic Registry letter records enrolment on the award of Master of Science Dermatology in Clinical Practice, a course start date of 2 March 2024, and a 2 April 2026 conferment-date field; the accompanying Transcript of Performance records module-level results and statuses.

Document context

The public profile displays this source as a paired academic record rather than converting one field into a broader award claim. The Registry letter and attached Transcript of Performance are read together: the letter identifies the MSc pathway and contains the conferment-date field, while the transcript shows the detailed module outcomes, including repeat/withdrawn entries. Because those source elements coexist, the website does not independently state that the full MSc award was completed unless a separate final award record is located that resolves the status.

Scope / limits: This record documents University of South Wales study and the exact fields/results contained in the Registry material. The site does not use it, standing alone, to claim a completed full MSc award, medical registration, specialist licensure or authority to practise in a regulated jurisdiction.

University of South Wales — Academic Registry
Date

Evidence class
University Transcript of Performance — module results
Source provenance: Source-controlled second page of the same University of South Wales Academic Registry PDF. It is published with the first-page letter so that the documentary record is not selectively excerpted.

What this record supports

The Transcript of Performance page records the module-level credits, marks, grades and statuses associated with the MSc Dermatology in Clinical Practice pathway, including one recorded pass and other repeat/withdrawn statuses visible on the source.

Document context

This second page is intentionally displayed beside the Academic Registry letter because it supplies the detailed result context needed to interpret the first page responsibly. The public-safe derivative masks the personal academic reference number while preserving the programme title, module names, credits, marks, grades and statuses. The record is shown without rewriting or suppressing the repeat/withdrawn entries.

Scope / limits: Module-level results are academic-record evidence. They do not, by themselves, establish completion of the full MSc award, medical registration, specialist licensure or professional-practice authority.
